Mason has earned the WorldatWork’s Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP) Work-Life Seal of Distinction.
AWLP commended the university “for providing a wide variety of workplace policies, programs and practices that support employees in all major aspects of work-life navigation.”
Mason will be recognized at an awards dinner in Scottsdale, Ariz., on April 17 as part of AWLP’s national Work-Life Forum.
This latest honor is one of many Mason has received in recognition for its work/life programs. Past citations have included AARP Best Employers for Workers over 50, The Chronicle of Higher Education Great College to Work For, Business Champion for Workplace Flexibility and Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility.
