Claudia Giliberti

Claudia Giliberti supports the human resources aspects of the hiring process of faculty and staff within the College. She has extensive experience in sales, marketing and human resources in the private sector, in addition to over ten years at large, public institutions of higher education. Ms. Giliberti has worked closely with hundreds of undergraduate and graduate students on their personal and professional development.

Ms. Giliberti currently holds the Global Career Development Facilitator Certification and has previously been active as a member of the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Employers (SoACE).

She is passionate about talent acquisition, professional development and recruiting.

Claudia received an MBA from Clark University, Graduate of School of Management (Worcester, MA) and a BS and MS in Economics from the University of Bari, Italy.
