David Kepron

David Kepron is the founder and owner of NXTLVL Experience Design and the former vice president of global design strategies at Marriott International. While at Marriott, David’s focus was on the creation of compelling customer experiences within Marriott’s “Premium Distinctive” segment, including: Westin, Renaissance, Le Meridien, Autograph Collection, and Gaylord hotels. David brings years of retail and hospitality design expertise while focusing on customer experience, digital transformation, visual merchandising, brand strategy, creativity and innovation, and emerging technology.
