Joseph Hurley

Joe Hurley is a Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice, Environmental Enforcement Section, where he is represents the United States against those entities who violate our federal environmental laws. In addition, Joe Hurley has served as an adjunct professor in the School of Business for a number of years teaching the Introduction to Law course to undergraduates and, in the past, teaching the same course to MBA and EMBA students. Joe Hurley has also taught Ethics to EMBA students.
