Margo Thoresen

Margo Thoresen is the Financial Analyst for the Department of Global and Community Health (GCH). Her primary role is to support GCH’s financial operation by overseeing the daily expenditure activities across its many accounts and analyzing data to assist with budget forecasting and planning. She earned her bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations from American University (AU) in 1998. 

Prior to joining the College of Health and Human Services (CHHS), Margo worked as a budget coordinator for Student Involvement at Mason and (before that) the School of International Service at AU.
