Biography
Dr. Parker is an affiliate professor in the School of Business. He serves with George Mason University as part of a faculty exchange program with Defense Acquisition Univerisity. In addition to teaching at GMU, he is an executive professor of program management at DAU. A scholar-practitioner, Dr. Parker previously worked in the US Defense industry with an Information Technology firm and as an independent consultant in the marketing areas of business development and capture management. Dr. Parker's teaching interests are in the areas of business strategy, leadership, management of technology projects, marketing, data analytics, and research.
