April 18, 2022Mason English major Jasmine Okidi’s dedication and accomplishments were rewarded recently with a Beinecke Scholarship, which supports exceptional students committed to research careers in the arts, humanities, and social sciences.
In the first-ever donation of its kind, McLarty Associates is donating $15,000 to Mason's Office of Fellowships to help develop a course and programming to support students seeking to pursue careers in international affairs and public service.
With the guidance of LaNitra Berger, senior director of Mason’s Office of Fellowships, and thanks to a happenstance meeting between them, Soraya Ngarnim and Chanel Grice are fulfilling their dreams.
